MONDAY: Vocabulary Strategies-New to Known, and Frayer Model. Homework: Quiz over notes on Thursday! Griot Family Stories due Friday.
TUESDAY: Read pgs. 157-169 on West African Kingdoms, complete note-taking template.
WEDNESDAY: Read pgs.188-199 on Central and Southern African Kingdoms, complete notes.
Homework: Study for quiz over notes (Chapter 5 and 6).
THURSDAY: Quiz over notes.
FRIDAY: Share Griot family stories.
NOTE: Please encourage your child to take time with their Daily Geo-bellwork every day! These are graded each Friday.
