Wall of Honor
Parents,
In honor of Veteran’s Day, we are asking our students to help us honor our veterans by creating a “Wall of Honor”. We are asking that students bring in a photograph of a friend or family member that has served or is serving in our armed forces. Along with the photograph, we would appreciate having the name of the person in the photograph and the branch of the military in which they served.
Due to the fact that these photographs will be on the wall here at Cherokee, I would ask that students only bring original photographs if you have duplicates. If an original is all that you have, please let me know and I will be happy to make a copy of the photo to place on our wall; sending the original home with your student ASAP.
We will begin collecting photographs tomorrow and will continue to collect them through next week.
Thank you for your help in honoring our veterans!
