IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Dear Cherokee Families,
Missouri Law requires all incoming 8th graders to have a Tdap vaccine unless they have received a Td booster within the last 2 years.
For your convenience a FREE immunization clinic will be held at Cherokee on Friday, May 4.
To participate in this free clinic you must bring in the letter you received earlier this week along with your immunization record and the signed consent form to our nurse by Thursday, May 3.
If you have already received the Tdap or booster shot please make sure we have a copy of that record here at school.
Students will NOT receive their 8th grade schedule until we have record of the Tdap or booster on file in our office.
If you have any questions please call Nurse Van Someren at 523-7200.
Thank you,
