Honoring Veterans and Active Military
Cherokee Middle School is
creating a "Wall of Honor" to recognize our family members and
friends who have sacrificed by serving in one of the branches of the U.S.
military service. The honorees may be active duty military, past
military, or those who are deceased but served in the military during
their lifetime. We ask that you send a picture and the
following information:
Name
Branch of Service and job
Dates of Service and what war
(if applicable)
We will begin hanging the
pictures at the end of this week, so the sooner you can get these pictures to
us the better. :) Please make a copy of pictures since these will be
hanging in the hallway and could have a chance of falling off. Thank you
SO much for helping Cherokee recognize the tremendous sacrifice made by all
military personnel and their families.
